copy the files from the modlist install folder into your steam folder. install skyrim se via steam (which will now be a new binary) install the wabbajack "downgrade modlist". the second one is sse engine fixes ( this one has 2 step process ). Apart from skyui, the first mod that you should install is the unofficial skyrim special edition patch.
